  • Bonds – License & Permit, Performance and Completion, Notary, Financial Guarantee, Court Bond.

  • Builder’s Risk – Covers the completion of a project from start to finish, and coverage for physical damage to a project under construction or renovation.

  • Business Auto – Coverers autos that are owned by the business. This does not cover employees cars that are used regularly for business.

  • Professional Liability – Protects professionals from errors that may occur in their profession.

  • Property Coverage –Provides financial protection against the loss of, or damage to, real and personal property caused by such perils as fire, theft, windstorm, hail, explosion, riot, aircraft, motor vehicles, vandalism, malicious mischief, riot and civil commotion, and smoke. Available on Special and All-risk forms, depending on the property being insured.

  • Wind Storm – Covers property in the event of the peril of wind. This does not cover damage from rain, sleet, or snow, unless wind or hail forcibly caused an opening in the structure.

  • Workers Compensation – A system established under state law that provides payments, without regard to fault, to employees injured in the course and scope of their employment.
